What is your usual response time to a job request?It depends! We have built a reputation of a fast response time and thorough service offerings. If it poses a safety hazard like a plumbing leak, we offer same-day service, usually arriving at your property within 1-2 hours from the service request. A situation that doesn't pose an immediate safety hazard, such as an installing new irrigation, we can schedule within 2-3 days.

Do you perform in-person consultations?Yes! If an in-person consultation is needed, we can schedule one to be performed to better understand your property needs. Otherwise, a phone call or zoom call can suffice.

How do you price your work?Again, it depends! Yes, this is not the preferred answer but it truly depends on what service you are looking for. Different trades require different skillsets and complexities. For example: Replacing a parking lot sign will be priced differently than trimming 10 large palm trees. Our rates depend on the nature of your service and the frequency: recurring, one-time, emergency, etc. Our pricing is based off of a value structure. In theory, utilizing service providers with lower rates would reduce the overall cost of property maintenance. However, the hourly rate charged is only one factor that should be considered. What service frequencies do you provide?Every property is different and many factors decide the frequency needed. That's why we provide recurring services tailored exactly to your property’s or facility’s needs! This can be daily, several days per week, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, annually etc.

How does a Parking Lot Sweeper work?A parking lot sweeper truck is a very powerful vacuum cleaner that picks up everything from cups, paper, leaves, trash to finer dust on pretty much any paved surface. How does Power Washing Work?Power washing, not to be confused with pressure washing, is a highly effective cleaning solution. It uses water heated to a high temperature and substantial water pressure to remove dirt, grime, stains, and spills. Pressure washing and steam cleaning are all forms of deep cleaning.
