From a Raffle Win to a Thriving Business: Our Story
Pacific Commercial Property Services, Inc. has over 30 years in the industry of commercial property maintenance and construction.
Our story starts not in a boardroom, but over a lucky draw ticket. Our founder, a recent immigrant to the US, landed in California with big dreams and an even bigger lack of resources. Then, a twist of fate in 1989 – she won a Sanitaire S663 vacuum cleaner at a Coldwell Banker raffle. Most folks might have seen it as a lucky break for a clean home, but our founder saw the opportunity to build something bigger.
That vacuum cleaner became the spark that ignited a janitorial business. With grit and determination, she tackled every floor and corner, building a reputation for reliability and exceptional service, and people noticed. Our founder's dedication resonated with clients, and soon, the requests started pouring in. "Can you handle the landscaping too?" one client asked. "What about some minor repairs?" said another. She never shied away from a challenge – after all, she started with a raffle win! So, she expanded her offerings, transforming her janitorial service into a comprehensive commercial property maintenance company.
Fast forward over 30 years, and that spark has grown into a wildfire. We're now a second-generation business, proudly holding four contractor licenses and serving a loyal clientele across Southern California. We haven't forgotten our roots, though. That same, "can-do" spirit and focus on building relationships are still at the core of everything we do. We believe in hard work, treating people right, and exceeding expectations – just like our founder did with that very first vacuum cleaner.

Starting off with nothing but a single vacuum cleaner, our founder, Elaine, starts an office cleaning company in Murrieta, CA with a handful of clients.

Elaine's daughters join to deliver the vision of reliable, comprehensive property maintenance services. Upholding the founding values and practices.
Our company obtains multiple CSLB contractor licenses to provide the"One-Call Solution" service.
3 decades since the office cleaning company, our team celebrates 30 years in the industry and multiple additions to our team. Services continue to be provided to commercial property owners and managers in every county in Southern California.
