It Started With A Raffle
Pacific Commercial Property Services, Inc. has been helping Southern California property owners and managers for over 36 years.
Our story doesn’t start in an office or with a business loan. In 1989, our founder, a new immigrant with big dreams and little else, won a Sanitaire S663 vacuum cleaner at a Coldwell Banker event. Most people would’ve taken it home. She turned it into a business.
That single vacuum became the start of a janitorial service built on hard work. As her reputation grew, so did the requests: “Can you handle the landscaping, too?” “What about small repairs?” With every ask, she said yes—and delivered. What began as a cleaning company quickly evolved into a full-service commercial property maintenance provider.
Today, we’re proud to be a second-generation, woman-owned company with four contractor licenses, serving shopping centers, retail properties, office parks, and industrial sites throughout Southern California. Though we’ve grown, our mindset hasn’t changed. We’re still fueled by that same hands-on spirit, a deep respect for our clients, and a commitment to showing up, solving problems, and doing the job right—every time.
At Pacific, it’s more than maintenance. It’s about honoring our roots, building long-term relationships, and making commercial properties better, safer, and easier to manage—one job at a time.
COMPANY HISTORY
Starting off with nothing but a single vacuum cleaner, our founder, Elaine, starts an office cleaning company in Murrieta, CA with a handful of clients.
1989
A Vision
Our team becomes one of the first in the industry to provide walk-through inspection reports. ​Services expand to add power washing, sweeping, landscaping, handyman, and general facility repairs & improvements.
1991
Growth
Elaine's daughters join to deliver the vision of reliable, comprehensive property maintenance services. Upholding the founding values and practices.
Our company obtains multiple CSLB contractor licenses to provide the"One-Call Solution" service.
2012
Continuity
3 decades since the office cleaning company, our team celebrates 30 years in the industry and multiple additions to our team. Services continue to be provided to commercial property owners and managers in every county in Southern California.
